Graduated summa cum laude in Law from the University of Milan, with a thesis in Roman Legal History, he subsequently collaborated as a teaching assistant in the same academic chair, under the direction of Professor Marcella Balestri.
In parallel, he obtained a second degree, also summa cum laude, in Medicine and Surgery from the same University, with an experimental thesis in Forensic Medicine under the supervision of Professor Cristina Cattaneo at LABANOF (Laboratory of Forensic Anthropology and Odontology), one of the leading forensic research laboratories worldwide.
At the same University, he also obtained his license to practice medicine and surgery.
This interdisciplinary training allows him to integrate legal analysis with the evaluation of scientific evidence, which is now central in medical malpractice proceedings, environmental crimes, and, more generally, in all areas of technical and scientific criminal law.
He is a member of the Milan Bar Association and is authorized to practice before the Juvenile Court. He also completed a period of training in the United States as a visiting student at Seton Hall University – School of Law (New Jersey, USA).
After an initial experience at a leading Milan-based criminal law firm — where he took part in the defense of cases of national relevance and assisted companies operating in the insurance and publishing sectors — he continued his professional activity at Studio Legale Aloi (now Aloi Avvocati), founded by Attorney Franco Aloi.
His practice focuses on the criminal defense of individuals, families, and assets, as well as on medical malpractice and economic, labour, and environmental criminal law, combining scientific rigor with a strong forensic tradition.
A passionate Judo practitioner, he applies the principles of the discipline to his legal work: transforming the opponent’s strength into a defensive advantage and developing precise, effective legal strategies.
As taught by Master Yukiso Yamamoto:
When someone attacks you, he gives you his strength. To make use of this gift, you must know how to receive it.
